Hotel Exterior With Tulip Garden Admire the unique historical character of this amazing historic hotel, once part of the Winterthur Estate and named for Alexandria de Montchanin, grandmother of the founder of the DuPont Company. The residence, long ago occupied by DuPont Company workers, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Carpenter Executive Boardroom The Carpenter Executive Boardroom is a fully equipped private meeting space and dining room located on the first floor of the Carpenter House. This exquisite meeting room accommodates up to 16 people. Comfort abounds in this room with seating in high-backed leather chairs at a stately Duncan-Phyfe table. The room is complimented by a sitting area, a fire place for use during the colder months and an outside patio for lunch or breaks during the warmer months. The Dilwyne Conference Room The Dilwyne Conference Room is a private meeting room located in the historic Dilwyne Barn, fully equipped with audio/visual needs as well as high speed internet and can accommodate up to 40 people.
