Lumière

Lumière is the restaurant at the Fairmont Century Plaza, featuring French-inspired cuisine that is led by the concept of a modern American brasserie. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Lumière offers a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes that include fresh, seasonal ingredients from nearby farms and, in some cases, the ingredients are produced at the hotel.

Events can be held at Lumière for up to 120 guests at one time.

The Bar

Live music has flowed through the veins of the Century Plaza since day one from Sonny & Cher to Mariah Carey’s big debut, Elton John’s monumental performance, Aretha Franklin and everyone in between. The Bar at Century Plaza is the centralized heart embodying the energy of a great concert. The menu features a blend of five key pillars prominent for the hotel: art, music, community, history and eccentricity.

The Pool Bar

The Pool at the Fairmont Century Plaza is located on the 17th floor of the building, allowing guests to enjoy sweeping views of Los Angeles while soaking in the heat. Pool chairs are available for sunbathing and the pool is heated for a comfortable swim any time of the year. The Pool Bar offers light fare and craft cocktails.

In-Room Dining

Guests at the Fairmont Century Plaza can order room service provided by Lumière and enjoy the delicious fare on their personal outdoor terrace. Every guestroom at the Fairmont Century Plaza features an outdoor terrace that provides a place to enjoy stunning views as well as the magnificent Los Angeles weather.

The Fairmont Century Plaza also partners with local establishment Penny Pound Ice to bring the bar to their guests. Penny Pound Ice offers their Penny Pouches, which are pre-frozen, pre-diluted cocktail mixers. Guests simply add at least 2 oz. of their favorite alcohol and shake to create a refreshing beverage in seconds. Penny Pouches can also be enjoyed without the addition of alcohol.
