You are eligible to book special Employee Rates at the following participating Historic Hotels of America and Historic Hotels Worldwide. Your eligibility is determined by your status as an employee of one of the following (listed below).

Participating Hotels will honor these special Employee Rates based on availability and advance reservation upon your showing one of the following proofs of eligibility at check-in: Photo ID and business card or written verification of your employment on letterhead from your qualifying location.

You are also eligible to book special Employee Rates at the following participating member hotels of Historic Hotels Worldwide.

Who Is Eligible:
The Historic Hotels Employee (HHE) rate is available to eligible employees (and friends and family if booking and traveling with the eligible employee) at participating hotels, including:

• The National Trust for Historic Preservation, designated affiliates, and former employees with ten years or more service

• The Historic Sites of the National Trust for Historic Preservation

• Historic Hotels of America member hotels

• Historic Hotels Worldwide member hotels

• Preferred Travel Group Associates and employees of PHG’s global collection of hotels and resorts

• Historic Hotels of America Call Center

Employees should be prepared to show a valid business card, letter from GM or supervisor, or other proof that substantiates eligible employee’s status PLUS a photo ID. Only advance reservations made through HistoricHotels.org, HistoricHotelsWorldwide.com, or through the Historic Hotels of America call center with the booking code HHE are eligible. Discounts are not applicable for existing reservations, reservations made directly with the hotel, or reservations made via any other booking channel or OTA. Other restrictions may apply.

The employee rate is designed for personal travel only and is limited to space availability as determined by Historic Hotels of America member hotels. The Historic Hotels Employee rate is offered at participating hotels and subject to availability.
