Switzerland

Switzerland is among the world’s most visited holiday destinations. The Rhine Falls, Oeschinensee, the Aletsch Glacier, the Jungfraujoch, and Lake Geneva are just a few of the country’s natural attractions that define its breathtaking geography. Rustic alpine towns like St. Moritz, Sils Maria, and Davos are known for their abundance of internationally-renowned ski trails. Dozens of historic sites can be found throughout its many cantons including Château de Chillon in Vaud, the Grossmünster in Zürich, and the Kapellbrücke in Lucerne. A few of these cultural landmarks—such as the Lavaux Vineyard Terraces—have even been designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
